The precious jewel of Kannada cinema actor cum director Ramesh Aravind has taken up one more after three films as director. He is on a fun raid. This is a completer entertainer like his earlier films Rama Shama Bhama and Satyavan Savitri. Accident was a thriller and he keeps a little of suspense in the film that went on the floor on Monday morning.

He plays ‘Venkat’ and he is in ‘Sankat’. A cool cop in hot soup! Known for brilliant thinking’s and wish to live on blessings the profound actor and prolific director Ramesh Aravind has taken the subject of Tholapali Madhu a famous Telugu writer who has 190 films to his credit some of which are in Kannada too.
As Venkat Ramesh has two wives and one of this is a trouble shooter in traffic. So he has no option to lose his promotional chances too in the office. He is demoted to the ordinary traffic cop. In the traffic cop costume with jelled hairstyle Ramesh appeared for the first shot that was flagged off by cute baby Gehana.
While Ramesh Aravind was preparing to face the camera at the gold class of KSCA the Indian cricket team was seeing practicing to catch the mighty Australians in the first cricket test that is slated from 9th of October.
The reputed Devadas Kappikad of Tulu theatre with superb innings in the last 24 years is appearing in a formidable role with Ramesh in the film. The shooting of ‘Venkata in Sankata’ will be held in two schedules and it is scheduled for February 2009 release.
The ‘Sajani’ of Kannada cinema the apple of all eyes Sharmila Mandre has an interesting role and she plays one of the two wives to Ramesh. Model Anusha and California citizen Meghana Mudhiyan are the other two heroines for this film.
Naren Magalani the producer who owns a posh Italian style restaurant and doing other business has the support of his friends in this film production. He has the idea of producing two more films with Ramesh Aravind.
Rickey Kej who created a sensation from ‘Accident’ is scoring music for four tunes. PKH Das is the cameraman of this film. Umesh and Mukyamantri Chandru are also in the cast. Umesh is playing one of the stage roles he is playing in this film and he is thankful for the pretty good role given to him.
